Regardless of what you may read online ClientSAT considers all upgrades to be mandatory. With out them your phone may not work!
To see your current version, turn on the phone then see MENU > SETTINGS > ABOUT (Keep scrolling down & you will see the word ABOUT)
The phone does not need to be outside for this.
How to firmware update your device:

- IsatPhone USB drivers
- IsatPhone Pro Firmware (remember where you download this too)
- Isatphone Pro Firmware upgrade tool
Step 1:
Install the USB Drivers onto your computer - Please Note this will only work on windows computers
Step 2:
Install the Firmware upgrade tool
Step 3:
Open the Firmware upgrade tool > Select the Pro Firmware > Plug in phone ensuring it has charge > start update.
If your computer can not recognize your device and the drivers have been installed, please try a different cable. Some cables are only built to supply charge and not data.
