The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and any or all Agreements: "Customer", “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting Our terms and conditions. "The Company", “Ourselves,” ”Our”, “We” and "Us", refers to The Client Pty Ltd Trading as Clientsat. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Customer and ourselves, or either the Customer or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Customer in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Customer’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing Western Australian Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.



Any order placed with Us using this website or by telephone or in person or any combination of these, is an offer by you to purchase a particular product for the specified price (including the delivery, tax and other charges) at the time of the order and under these Terms and Conditions. We retain the right to reject your offer of purchase for any reason. These may include but will not be limited to the unavailability of any product, and error in your order or an error in the product description or price posted on the website. We will confirm your order within 2 business days of your order request.



The prices of products, services and delivery and other charges displayed on the online store and the website are current at the time of issue, however The Client Pty Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time. Prices where shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) include GST.


Post Paid airtime agreements

All post paid airtime satellite airtime connections will be via the relevant carrier or service provider's application form. These application forms will include the relevant carriers or service provider’s terms and conditions. These application forms will be supplied to, and must be completed by persons wishing to connect a post paid airtime account. Ongoing billing for these accounts will be carried out by the carrier or service provider.



All pre paid and post paid airtime customers regardless of whether purchasing on or off line must submit copies of their Australian Drivers licence, Australian Passport or other recognised forms of official identification to satisfy the 100 point identification criteria. This requirement must be satisfied prior to shipping. By law your prepaid mobile telephone account cannot be activated unless you provide the requested information. We must collect and verify identity information to comply with government regulations. Knowingly giving false or misleading information may be a serious offence under the Commonwealth Criminal Code, punishable by imprisonment for up to 12 months. The information that you provide to us will not be disclosed unless required or authorised by or under law.


Refund & Returns Policy

We offer a seven day money-back return policy from the time of signed delivery subject to the exclusions detailed below. Please email us at phone 1300 368 858 within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems, prior to shipping the product to us.


Refund & Return Policy Exclusions

This refund policy excludes Pre Paid sim cards or products supplied with those sim cards, or where a Post Paid airtime agreement has been signed by the customer or products supplied with that Post Paid airtime agreement, special stock orders, ordered on your behalf or goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original packaging in as new condition and be fit for resale as new. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. The Client Pty Ltd will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.



Your purchased product has been sold with a warranty from the product manufacturer.

Some Manufacturer’s use external Service Agents to repair faulty or damaged products. Where applicable, the item will need to be sent away for repair.



Use of this website is restricted to those aged over 18 and those able to enter into a legally binding contract.



The prices displayed on this website include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). The Client Pty Ltd website has been intended for use by Australian residents only.


Limitation of liability

Any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages as a result of use or misuse of the website will not be the responsibility of The Client Pty Ltd. The Client Pty Ltd will also not be liable for the costs resulting in further purchases as a result of the initial purchase, the cost of obtaining substitute products. In addition to these, messages received, transactions entered into through the website or as a result of unauthorized access to your information contained on this website will be in no way the responsibility of The Client Pty Ltd. Where an Act of Parliament suggests any term, condition or warranty in the Terms and Conditions and does not allow for provisions in a contract for exclusion of liability, the liability of The Client Pty Ltd will be limited. If the breach relates to goods purchased The Client Pty Ltd may choose to replace the goods or supply the equivalent goods, repair the goods, pay the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods or payment of the repair costs for the goods. If the breach relates to services provided The Client Pty Ltd may choose to supply the services again or pay the cost of having the service supplied again.


Log Files

We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis.  IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.



The laws of Western Australia govern these terms and conditions. By accessing this website and buying products and or services you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Western Australian courts in all disputes arising out of such access. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply. Our failure to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or of any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision. These Terms and Conditions shall not be amended, modified, varied or supplemented except in writing and signed by our duly authorised representatives.


Notification of Changes

We reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, or in how we use our customers’ Personally Identifiable Information, an announcement will be made on the Privacy Page. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our web site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Customer and us. You’re accessing of this website and/or purchasing of products and/or services indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
